How can I contact LoveEasyliving.com?

Where do you ship from?

Unlike most stores, we don't deal with far eastern or other 'obscure' global locations. Customer service and quality products are of paramount importance to us, thus we exclusively ship all our orders from the UK

But do you ship worldwide?

All orders are shipped exclusively from the UK. However, if you see something you like, please feel free to drop us a line and we'll assess on a case by case basis.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, which means that you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed? 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. We aim to process all orders within 24-36 business hours from order placement and despatched according to our shipping guidelines. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Guidelines

Due to high demand we advise the following delivery guidelines:

1. Standard delivery will arrive within 3-5 working days

2. Next day delivery for orders placed before 11:00am to arrive the following working day

3. Next day delivery orders placed after 11:00am will arrive within two working days

3. Orders placed on Friday before 11:00 am (or after) will arrive the next working day

4. Orders placed on Bank Holidays/Weekends will only be processed on the next working day

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 3-5 working days to arrive. Of course this will be much sooner if priority shipping is selected.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 7 working days after shipping, you will be  eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All items are shipped from the UK to the UK, so are not subject to customs. Please note that prices include VAT charged at the prevailing rate.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

But wait, our order arrived in eclectic packaging. Does this mean that I have received used goods?

Used goods? Absolutely not!! We are on a mission to help our customers love life to the full with a mix of carefully curated products.  Loving life to the full also means recognising that our buying habits can impact the environment which we all have to share. This is why LoveEasyLiving have a firm commitment to encourage reuse of packaging materials to reduce unnecessary landfill waste. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
